Information For Authors
A way to impact radiation protection culture is by establishing adequate and proper communication processes among all the actors involved in radiation protection applications.
In this context, the BJRS , ISSN 2319-0612. as an open access journal, supported by the Brazilian Radiation Protection Society - SBPR, an IRPA associate society, aims to disseminate scientific articles on the major disciplines on radiation sciences.
There is no fee to authors for submitting to BJRS nor Article Processing Charge (APC).
The articles must be prepared according to the model of the attached example article (CLICK HERE)
At least the main author must be registered in the ORCID: https://orcid.org/register. Please, inform your ORCID ID in the format: https://orcid.org/xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx).

Upon sending the article, the authors must indicate one or more topics listed below:

- Education and training in Radioprotection (RP);

- Nuclear Law, international recommendations and regulations;
- Radiation protection of patients, workers, members of the public, and the environment;
- Patient Radiation Protection;
- Radiation protection of workers and members of the public: Medicine;
- Radiation protection: Industry and Research;
- Environmental Protection against Radiology;
- Safety Culture and Risk Perception;
- Communication with society – Stakeholder engagement and involvement;
- Transport of radioactive material;
- Emergency preparedness and response;
- Nuclear Safety;
- Radioactive waste management and decommissioning;
- Use of radioactive sources. Methodologies for their control;
- New challenges in RP;
- Measurements and dosimetry;
- Non-Ionising Radiation;
- Safeguards and Security of radioactive material.
Recommend three possible names as article reviewers (complete name, e-mail, and institution in which the person works).
